Project Introduction

The total investment of Ezhou Sports Center, Convention and Exhibition Center and Cultural Center is 3.28 billion yuan, which was constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Company in PPP mode, and the overall cooperation period of the project is 18 years. Among them, the total building area of the sports center is about 197,000 square meters, including stadiums, gymnasiums, swimming pools, comprehensive training halls for national fitness and supporting facilities for commercial services. As the main unit of the consortium, Pan-China Sports cooperated with relevant partners to obtain the operation rights of the PPP project, and was mainly responsible for the planning, consultation, follow-up operation and maintenance services and other related work of the sports center.
