On December 20th, 2015, the 7th China Sports Industry Summit Forum was held at Yingjie Exchange Center of Peking University. The forum was sponsored by the Department of Physical Education and Research of Peking University and the Institute of Sports Science of Peking University. Wu Zhipan, Executive Vice President of Peking University, Li Guoping, Dean of Capital Development Research Institute of Peking University, Chi Jian, President of Beijing Sports University, Liu Jianhong, Chief Content Officer of Le Video Sports, and other industry giants gathered at Peking University to share and discuss the pillar value of China's economic and consumption structure upgrading, the sports industry, with the participants. The topics covered many fields such as copyright media dissemination, channel integration, industrial ecology and so on under the current domestic sports industry policy dividend. Shi Fengling, chairman of Pan-China City Investment, and Li Haibin, general manager of Pan-China Sports, were invited to attend the forum.

At 9 A. m., the forum officially began. After the organizer's speech, the China Sports Industry Research Center of Peking University awarded "Strategic Partners" to six partners, including Pan-China Sports, Zhimei Sports, Shibo International, Haosha Group, Tentido Sports Media and Bird's Nest Bright China. Mr. Li Haibin, General Manager of Pan-China Sports, said that the China Sports Industry Research Center of Peking University is the leading sports industry research institution in China, and Pan-China Sports has rich practical experience in sports industry investment and financing, sports facilities consulting, design and construction, sports events and club operation. This cooperation will provide a solid foundation for the two sides to jointly promote the development of the national sports industry in the future.

Afterwards, Mr. Li Haibin, General Manager of Pan-China Sports, together with Zhang Xiaohuan, Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, Shen Tiyan, Doctoral Tutor of the School of Government Management of Peking University, and Sun Daojun, Associate Professor of the School of Economics and Management of Communication University of China, participated in the round-table dialogue entitled "From Public Service to Innovation Drive: Twin Engines of China's Sports Industry". Mr. Li Haibin made an in-depth analysis of the innovation of sports public service. In the future, there will be broad cooperation space between the government and enterprises in community sports facilities, campus sports facilities and large-scale sports facilities. After more than ten years of development, Pan-China Sports has gradually developed into a cross-regional and comprehensive sports industry group company. The company will uphold the principle of open sharing and jointly contribute to the development of the national sports industry.
