On March 24th, the 2013 PDA Graduation Ceremony of International Golf Education of China Agricultural University and the "China Golf Design, Construction and Management Alliance Development Forum" were held in Jinma Building, Beijing. Professor Wang Tao, Vice President of China Agricultural University, Ms. Carol Borthwick, Director of Elmwood International Golf Department of SRUC University in Scotland, Mr. Song Huaxun and Mr. Shanming, officials of the Small Ball Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, attended the meeting. The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, Scotland, sent a special congratulatory letter, as did the British Embassy in China and the Scottish International Development Agency. At the same time, more than 200 representatives from the golf industry and friends from the media from the United States, Britain, Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other parts of the country gathered together. The meeting began in a warm and solemn atmosphere.

The activities mainly include the graduation ceremony of the 2013 PDA students of the PDA Education Project of China Agricultural University, the Forum on the Development of Golf Course Design, Construction and Management in China, and the establishment of the Council of the "China Golf Course Design, Construction and Management Alliance".

Because of our strong influence in the golf industry and strong support for the alliance, we were awarded the governing unit of China Golf Course Design, Construction and Management Alliance at this meeting.
