On January 12th, 2019, a group of six people, including the Secretary of the Governor of Oran Province, the Government Adviser, the Director of the Urban Planning Bureau and the Head of the Sports Center Management, visited the Pan-China Sports Headquarters. Li Haibin, President of Pan-China Sports, Cai Haibo, Chief Engineer of Overseas Business Department, Qiao Jianwei and Sheng Yufen participated in the reception. The two sides discussed the construction of the venue for the 2021 Mediterranean National Games and exchanged in-depth views on the Oran Sports Center project.

At the meeting, Mr. Li Haibin, President of Pan-China Sports, introduced the basic situation of Pan-China Sports to the visiting guests on the three major business sectors with the core of "investment in sports health industry", "operation and management of stadiums, competitions and clubs", "consultation, planning, design and construction of sports facilities", and made a detailed introduction to the major project cases in which Pan-China Sports participated worldwide. Mr. Li Haibin said that the two sides cooperated well in the first phase of the Oran Sports Center project, and Pan-China Sports also actively participated in the design consultation of the second phase of the Oran Sports Center. He hoped that the two sides would continue to maintain close communication and carry out more in-depth cooperation.
The delegation of Oran Province of Algeria highly appreciated the achievements of Pan-China Sports, and expressed that the Oran Sports Center of Algeria, as the venue of the 2021 Mediterranean National Games, should fully consider the investment balance in the design and product selection stage in terms of venue operation and meeting the requirements of the Games. It is hoped that Pan-China Sports can give full play to its advantages of comprehensive integration of EPC and ensure the project construction of Oran Sports Center. It is also hoped that Pan-China Sports Working Group will go to Oran as soon as possible for further docking.
After the meeting, Li Haibin, President of Pan-China Sports, and the Secretary of the Governor of Oran Province exchanged gifts and took pictures as a souvenir.
