The Tennis Center of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Expo Center is a super large sports building, with a construction area of 27448 square meters. The stands and ancillary buildings are reinforced concrete frame structure, the roof is truss steel structure system, and the number of seats is more than 10,000. It is one of the largest single tennis venues in China. The lower part of the building is composed of 24 "Small petals", while the upper part is composed of 8 "Big petals" that can rotate. The eight "petals" of "Little Lotus" can be rotated and closed according to the weather conditions, and each "Petal" weighs about 160 tons. The expert group led by the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering believes that "The structure of this project is complex and the design is advanced, and the open-closed roof at the cantilevered end of the steel structure is the first in the world".

Pan-China Sports is responsible for the construction of the ground floor of the acrylic tennis court. The project started on October 6th, 2019 and was completed on November 15th, 2019. After more than 40 days of careful construction, the tennis court finally meets the requirements of the two-star certification standard of the International Tennis Federation, and can hold international individual competitions and domestic competitions. On December 15cth, Hangzhou Olympic Tennis Center welcomed the 1000-day countdown to the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou in 2022.
