From the initial formation of the professional team to the final emergence, after many evaluations by experts, Pan-China Sports successfully won the bid for the renovation of the Winter Olympic venues and the ice-making project with its hard nuclear technology and comprehensive strength. In one year, the Water Cube, which has set 21 world swimming records, and the gymnasium, which carries the dreams of countless Olympic athletes, has completed the transformation of "Water and Ice Conversion" with the unremitting efforts of Pan-China Sports. After completing the reconstruction and ice-making tasks of the venues, the Pan-China Sports Team has also completed Beijing Olympic Winter Games test events of the "Meet in Beijing Series". The ice-making function was strictly tested, which laid a solid foundation for the smooth holding of the event. During this period, Pan-China Sports made every effort to ensure the smooth development of the activities until the end of the activities. Through these two test activities, the safety and reliability of the whole ice-making system have been fully verified. National Speed Skating Oval

Making ice scientifically with the fastest speed,building up the the most beautiful and perfect Winter Olympics.

In order to implement the sustainable concept of "Green Olympics" put forward by the Beijing Olympic Winter Games, Pan-China Sports organized a team of experts to investigate and participate in the research of ice-making technology, and finally decided to adopt CO2 transcritical direct cooling technology in the National Speed Skating Oval.

With this technology, the National Speed Skating Oval "Ice Ribbon" not only has the largest full-ice design in Asia, but also is the first Winter Olympic speed skating venue in the world to adopt the most advanced ice-making technology. Compared with traditional refrigeration methods, the ice-making technology used in National Speed Skating Oval can effectively reduce the greenhouse effect caused by traditional artificial refrigerants. Secondly, compared with the traditional refrigeration system, the energy efficiency of the ice-making method can be increased by 30%, and about 2 million kw-hours of electricity can be saved a year. Moreover, after the waste heat generated by carbon dioxide refrigeration is recovered, 70 ℃ hot water can be provided for domestic hot water and dehumidification regeneration. Taking advantage of this technology, the heat exchange efficiency of the system is effectively improved, the ice temperature is uniform, the situation of different hardness of the ice surface is avoided, and the temperature difference of the ice surface is basically controlled within ± 0.5 ℃, so as to create the "Fastest Cce" for the top competitions.

National Sports Stadium

At the beginning of 2021, Pan-China Sports began to make ice for the first time after participating in the completion of the National Sports Stadium transformation. During the ice test in April of the same year, the second ice making was carried out.

In the process of ice making, the National Sports Stadium uses four low-temperature ethylene glycol screw ice makers equipped with R449a refrigerant, which not only ensures the refrigeration performance, but also takes into account the environmental performance; at the same time, the host of the ice maker ensures that the ice surface temperature can be adjusted between -5 ℃ and -7 ℃, and through a series of energy-saving workflow, the whole ice making system is more environmentally friendly. During the whole ice-making process, the Pan-China Sports team repeatedly poured pure water and laid bottom ice on the field. After the water reached a certain temperature, they laid a layer of white paint, and then watered the ice again to draw lines. Finally, water again to thicken the ice. In addition, the two ice rinks in the National Indoor Stadium have a variety of size mode conversion functions, which can realize the two-way conversion ability of winter and summer sports. Through this form, the principle of sustainable use of National Sports Stadium can be effectively achieved, which provides strong technical support for the future national fitness.
