On January 10th, 2024, the field hockey venue of the 2023 Pacific Games project at the Solomon Islands Stadium, constructed by Pan China Sports, obtained the Class I certification from the International Hockey Federation (FIH), meeting the requirements for top-level international events. This venue is the only venue in Solomon Islands that has received Category I certification from the International Music Federation and is also one of the competition venues for the 2023 Pacific Games.

It was reported that the original design of the stadium required certification as a FIH Class II venue, but Pan China Sports controlled the construction quality according to high standards and strict requirements during the construction process, and ultimately successfully obtained FIH Class I certification, exceeding the project quality target.

Professional hockey fields have very high requirements for flatness, so Pan China Sports has specially shipped professional pavers from China for this purpose; At the same time, senior hockey field lawn technology experts will be hired to provide on-site guidance for construction operations; During the construction process, every step is strictly controlled to ensure that every step of the artificial turf can be completed to a high standard.

The Pan China Sports team has completed the high standard construction of the venue with excellent technical strength and scientific on-site management. After the lawn was installated, it has undergone on-site testing by the designated laboratory of the International Federation of Music (FIH), Laborsport Australia, and all testing indicators meeted the requirements of Class I venue certification standards.
