The Serbian National Football Stadium project is under the general contracting of China Electric Power Construction Group (PowerChina) and is a major project that Serbia prioritizes for development. It is located in the Sulchyn district southwest of the capital Belgrade. The stadium has a designed capacity of 52000 seats and can host top football events such as the World Cup and the European Championship. It is planned to be linked with the 2027 Belgrade Professional World Expo Exhibition Center to become the largest comprehensive sports and exhibition landmark in Southeast Europe. Serbian President Vucic stated at the groundbreaking ceremony that this project will help Serbia have the "most beautiful sports stadium in Europe and even the world", and thanked Chinese companies for their technical support and efficient performance.

As a pioneer in the sports facility field construction in China, Pan China Sports has successfully signed a sports technology integration project for the Serbian National Stadium, covering core modules such as football field lawn system, sports lighting, sound reinforcement system, display screen system, competition smart system, and grandstand seats. This is the first time that Pan China Sports has undertaken a large-scale sports engineering project in the European market, following the 2022 Qatar World Cup Lusail Stadium and 974 Stadium projects, as well as the 2034 Jeddah Central Development Zone (JCDC) Stadium project in Saudi Arabia, marking a new stage in its internationalization strategy.
Pan China Sports has established its industry position with its outstanding performance in the Qatar World Cup. As the main stadium of the 2022 World Cup, the lawn system and light display equipment of Lusail Stadium meet the highest standards of FIFA, and is known as one of the "most intelligent stadiums in the world". In the Jeddah Stadium project in Saudi Arabia, Pan China Sports will further integrate innovative technologies to provide solutions for the viewing experience in extreme weather conditions. These projects not only demonstrated Pan China's ability to integrate technology in complex projects, but also promoted the export of Chinese standards and technology, becoming a model of infrastructure cooperation under the "the Belt and Road" initiative.
The Serbia project is the first large-scale sports engineering project of Pan China Sports in Europe, which means that its technical strength has been recognized by the European market, laying the foundation for the subsequent expansion of projects in the European Union and the Balkans. In the future, Pan China Sports hopes to further consolidate its position as an "international top sports craft service provider" by serving top-level events such as the World Cup and the European Championship, and provide more "Chinese wisdom" for the global sports industry.
