From November 22 to 23, 2025, the “Pan-China Sports Cup” Boao Dongyu Island Golf Club Invitational Tournament, sponsored by Pan-China Sports, was successfully held on Boao Dongyu Island. The event aimed to highlight the challenging journey of restoring the course to its original state after severe flooding, showcase the overall improvement in course quality, and create a premium shared platform for communication within the golf industry. It also sought to promote the concepts of low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and healthy living through the game of golf.

At the welcome dinner of the Invitational Tournament, Mr. Wu Zhong, Deputy General Manager of Pan-China Sports, reviewed the achievements Pan-China Sports has made in the golf sector over the past 28 years and expressed his gratitude to COSCO Shipping Boao Co., Ltd. and all sectors of society for their support during the construction process. He shared how the Pan-China Sports Boao project team overcame multiple challenges, including the tight construction schedule, low temperatures during the year-end period, and difficulties in transporting materials across the sea during the Spring Festival travel rush. After 66 days of dedicated effort, the team successfully restored the course to its original condition, achieving a remarkable rebirth. This accomplishment contributed to ensuring the successful convening of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2025.

To recognize the professionalism and sense of responsibility demonstrated by Pan-China Sports throughout the project, the Boao Forum for Asia Golf Club presented the company with the “Excellence Achievement Award.” This award is the highest honor ever issued by the club and marks the first time such a distinction has been granted since its establishment.

Pan-China Sports will take this Invitational Tournament as a bridge and an opportunity to work hand in hand with COSCO Shipping Boao Co., Ltd. and partners across the golf industry, injecting new vitality into the sector’s development and achieving shared prosperity between Pan-China Sports and the golf industry.
