1. Earnestly study and implement the construction economic laws, regulations, quotas, standards and rates formulated by the state;

2. Be familiar with the design and construction drawings of stadiums and gymnasiums (including their descriptions and relevant standard atlases), participate in the joint review of drawings, and participate in the budget preparation of bidding projects;

3. Be familiar with the relevant basic materials of the unit project (including the construction organization design and the documents of Party A and Party B related to the project) and the construction site conditions, and understand the construction technology and methods adopted;

4. Master and be familiar with the composition and calculation methods of various quotas and charging standards, including the regulations of the state, the region and the industry;

5. Prepare the construction budget according to the cost composition, charging standard, calculation method and preparation procedure of the construction drawing budget;

6. Frequently go to the site to make timely adjustment plans for design changes, changes in construction methods, material price differences, and miscalculation, omission and recalculation in the construction drawing budget; 

7. After completion, assist relevant departments to independently prepare completion settlement and final accounts;

8. Timely adjust the budget according to the site design change and visa, and provide the forms required for budget preparation.
