Business Contract Manager

Number: 1 Experience: More than 5 years Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

1. Cost accounting analysis

1.1 Collect, sort out and summarize historical cost data, and regularly conduct special or comprehensive cost analysis and research;

1.2 Organize the preparation and review of cost estimates at all stages, master the construction contract skillfully, and coordinate the data review of financial statements;

1.3 Regularly report the dynamic cost changes of the project, and analyze and compare the implementation of the target cost;

1.4 Be responsible for project completion settlement, sub-supplier settlement management and review.

2. Contract management

2.1 Be responsible for preparing and revising the standard contract text, and continuously updating and improving the relevant contract management system;

2.2 Organize contract review and revision, and manage the whole process of contract negotiation, signing and change;

2.3 Be responsible for establishing contract accounts by classification and counting the implementation of revenue and expenditure.

3. Bidding and procurement management

3.1 Be responsible for preparing the project bidding and procurement plan and fund use plan;

3.2 Organize general contracting, professional subcontracting, bidding and procurement of materials and equipment;

3.3 Participate in the bidding supervision and management of other business departments;

3.4 Be responsible for market inquiry, establish, update and maintain the resource database of sub-suppliers and the price information database of materials and equipment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering cost or construction management;

2. Have more than five years of professional working experience in large-scale construction enterprises, and more than three years of experience in business contracts or cost management positions;

3. Master the quota and list rules, be familiar with the market situation of materials and equipment, and understand the relevant economic and technical indicators of the project;

4. Proficient in the use of professional software and office software for cost management;

5. Rigorous and meticulous work, strong communication and coordination skills;

6. Certified cost engineer or other relevant qualification certificates are preferred.
