1. Overall management of group funds and business cooperation with financial institutions;

2. Handle the debt financing, bank credit and other daily business of the directly managed companies within the group;   

3. Co-ordinate all financial resources of the Group to maximize the financing credit of the Group;    

4. Overall management of group funds and unified control of capital costs;                                

5. Be responsible for the preparation of the company's capital use plan, the overall planning of the company's capital use, and the promotion of capital balance;                   

6. Analyze and calculate various financial indicators, write the company's monthly special analysis report on fund management, and put forward and implement suggestions for improvement of the company's fund management;

7. Be responsible for the specific implementation and operation of the financing scheme, complete the financing objectives and ensure the normal flow of funds;

8. Be responsible for the filing and keeping of the company's financing data, supervise the use of funds, and improve the efficiency of the use of funds;

9. Be responsible for reducing financing costs and improving the efficiency of the Group's use of funds;

10. Establish the fund management system of the group company, supervise and manage the subordinate enterprises of the group company.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience;

2. Have experience in industrial investment and bank credit departments, and be familiar with bank and capital operation;

3. Strong ability of information collection and data analysis, logical thinking and risk judgment;

4. Clear expression, strong communication and coordination ability, cheerful personality, conscientious, responsible and serious work;

5. Good negotiation skills and writing skills.
