1. Assist the investment manager in industry research, project feasibility analysis, due diligence, investment calculation, investment scheme design and investment decision-making suggestions of equity investment projects (sports, big health, science and technology, etc.);

2. Assist the investment manager to complete the negotiation, contract signing and post-investment management;

3. Track the post-investment management of the project and the implementation of the scheme, and issue investment analysis opinions or reports;

4. Cooperate with the business team to follow up the project in time;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
