From January 24th to 25th, 2013, Beijing Pan-China Sports Industry Co., Ltd. invited a team of well-known professional lecturers in China to hold a large-scale experiential interactive training of "Team Execution Training Camp" for the whole staff of the company in the conference room on the first floor of Pan-China Building. The general manager of the company, the leaders and employees of the business departments of the production system and the departments of the resource allocation system participated in the training.

This training is divided into eight modules: "Business Personality", "Results and Tasks", "Customer Value", "High-level Execution", "4R System Execution", "Three Standards", "Forty-eight Words" and "Middle-level Execution". Training is carried out around three aspects: enhancing employees'sense of responsibility for themselves, enhancing the execution of middle-level managers, and how senior managers build executive teams and ensure the implementation of strategies.
In the module of "Business Personality", it is emphasized that every adult should have business personality, that is, to take responsibility independently, to fulfill the principle independently, and to be 100% responsible for his work, life and future. The module of "Results and Tasks" explains the difference between results and tasks. The completion of work tasks does not mean implementation of the valuable results required by the enterprise. It also gives the method of making the results. Only by making the valuable results, can we promote personal growth, department promotion and enterprise development. The "Customer Value" module clarifies that meeting customer needs is the source of business returns, and explains how to do a good job of customer value. More importantly, the course module also puts forward the concept of customer value within the enterprise. Members within the enterprise are customers to each other, which helps to improve the good cooperation among departments and positions. In the module of "High-level execution", through the sand table exercise, the trainees experienced how the leaders should clarify the tasks, accurately convey the tasks to the middle level, and the middle level arranged the grass-roots staff to sort out the results and feedback, and finally accurately complete the task objectives assigned by the general manager. The module of "4R system execution" analyzes how to establish a system that does not rely on capable people, and how to use 4R as a strategic implementation tool, implementation concept and way of doing things, so as to make the whole organization have good and accurate execution, and achieve the consistency of goals and results. The module of "Three Standards" discusses the three unification of executive team and the three standards of executive talents, which provides a reference for enterprises to form executive team. The module of "Forty-eight True Sutras" guides the trainees to understand the eight principles of implementation, the 16-character policy of implementation and the 24-character strategy of implementation. The "middle-level execution" module discusses the importance of middle-level managers as a connecting bridge between the preceding and the following to the implementation and implementation of enterprise strategy, clarifies the role of middle-level managers, and provides methods for middle-level managers to ensure that employees have strong and effective execution in daily management, so as to ensure that the work results are consistent with the strategic objectives.
During the two-day training, the traditional way of lecturing by lecturers was broken, but the mode of team formation was adopted, which enabled team members to understand the above teaching theory and apply it through personal experience in a large number of team presentations, role plays, game competitions, sand table exercises, team PK, feeling sharing and other interactions. Effective combination of theoretical courses and their own feelings.
The trainees all said that such training made them completely get rid of the boring theoretical indoctrination in the whole training process, but through open interaction, in various collaborations, challenges, reflections, perceptions, experiences and sharing, to understand their roles in work and even in life, and how to play this role. Be 100% responsible for yourself, the team and the enterprise. Most of the trainees also said that such training has changed their ideas. Only the change of ideas can realize the change of action. Only the change of action can bring into play the effect of training and improve the execution ability, not just regard the execution ability as a slogan.
